In January, my father passed away unexpectedly, leaving me with an array of emotions. There was one I couldn't let go of-- the feeling of being cheated out of years to come of funny stories, jokes, laughs, and wisdom. Grasping for anything I could do to keep my father's spirit and love for people and life alive, I came across one of his old BBQ sauce recipes, along with some names he had toyed around with while he was attempting to sell his sauce.
